Job Description
The Project Engineer is responsible for supporting the RSS organization’s activities relating to the product support bulletin process and projects relating to STS and the wider Service organization.
The Project Engineer will work with various teams and stakeholders to monitor project progress and provide oversight to ensure projects are completed promptly and meet required deliverables.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external customers (Understanding what customer expectations are etc).
• Ensure projects are completed on time, achieve the desired outcomes and meet the required standards.• Support customer data research by using internal systems such as SharePoint, MTMS, AX and MS D365 etc.• Keep databases up to date with project information such as customer feedback, actions, and issues.
• Build and maintain internal relationships (including sales, contracts, inside sales, operations, engineering, quality, legal and service).
• Be the liaison between STS and other RSS teams (Operations & After Market) throughout project lifecycle.
• Executing a variety of project management administrative task.
• Support team members when implementing risk management strategies relating to Service Bulletins and other projects.
• Monitoring and tracking the daily progress of assigned projects and bulletins.
• Creating and maintaining status reports and updates for STS Lead and/or other stakeholders.
• Planning meetings and organizing project logistics.
• Maintain the project documents such the project plan, schedule or scope statements as directed by the STS Lead.
• Participate in cross-team collaboration to help project team members complete project tasks and produce deliverables.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• To be responsible for own Health and Safety.
• Any other team duties that may arise.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience
Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, D365 etc)
