Job Description
- End-to-End Climate Component Development:
- Lead the design, development, and integration of body climate components, including air ducts, defroster channels, cabin vents, and sealing interfaces.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with HVAC, Interior Trim, BIW, NVH, and Thermal teams to ensure seamless integration, thermal comfort, airflow performance, and noise optimization.
- Engineering Specifications & Documentation:
- Own DFMEAs, DVPs, BOMs, CAD packaging, and release processes using CATIA and Teamcenter. Ensure compliance with global standards for thermal comfort, defrosting, and demisting.
- Prototype & Testing Support:
- Support prototype builds, climate chamber testing, airflow measurement, acoustic tuning, and production ramp-up activities.
