Job Outline

The role involves ensuring that all works are accurately scoped with the client on-site using the relevant resources, providing technical knowledge on the repair, refurbishment, or replacement of equipment and plant, and ensuring estimates are completed on time in line with service level agreements. The position requires attendance at internal launch and scope meetings with associated departments, as well as external start-up, site visit, and design meetings.

Key responsibilities include developing, implementing, and monitoring pre-construction process plans, arranging and attending technical meetings with clients, consultants, and sub-contractors, and managing agreed resources, budgets, scope, and programmes with the site services team.
