Responsibilities

1.Project manage the installation of filtration systems and thermal suites in wet leisure facilities / hotels / spas

2.Liaise with client representative to agree design / programme

3.Supervise preparation of technical specification

4.Preparation of Quality, Health & Safety Plans

5.Procurement of materials

6.Management of on-site installation and commissioning labour

7.Achieve project hand-over on time and within budget



Requirements

1.Minimum 5-years’ experience in the design of Pool filtration Systems, essential (not simply MEP).

2.Represent company at consultant design meetings and co-ordinate with design team

3.Ability to manage design projects with to RIBA standard design stages

4.Proficiency in written and spoken English, MUST
