1.Supervise daily site activities, including site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.

2.Ensure adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.

3.Manage multiple sites simultaneously with a zero-defect, detail-oriented approach.

4.Oversee finishing works with a strong eye for quality and execution.

5.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.

6.Handle client meetings, updates, and overall satisfaction.

7.Negotiate effectively with vendors and subcontractors.

8.Proven record in acquiring new business and expanding project portfolios.

9.Work closely with Operations, Business development, Design and Procurement teams to meet client expectations.

10.Strong projects budgeting, planning, timelines preparing, estimations, and reports.
