Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage and control construction productivity, progress and quality.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Supervise admin manpower, material and equipment planning and allocation.
  • Supervise and coordinate all subcontractors works including off-site production.
  • Identify, document and seek approval for changes to project scope.
  • Attend weekly construction and safety meetings.
  • Prepare weekly progress reports and look ahead.
  • Join regular safety audits in conjunction with HSE team.
  • Assist LGU/PEZA permitting & approvals process.
  • Coordinate preparation and submission of as-built plans.
  • Assist to finalise O&M (operation & maintenance) manuals and conduct a facility orientation and training.
