Responsibilities
- Plan, manage and control construction productivity, progress and quality.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
- Supervise admin manpower, material and equipment planning and allocation.
- Supervise and coordinate all subcontractors works including off-site production.
- Identify, document and seek approval for changes to project scope.
- Attend weekly construction and safety meetings.
- Prepare weekly progress reports and look ahead.
- Join regular safety audits in conjunction with HSE team.
- Assist LGU/PEZA permitting & approvals process.
- Coordinate preparation and submission of as-built plans.
- Assist to finalise O&M (operation & maintenance) manuals and conduct a facility orientation and training.
