• Supervise daily site activities, including site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Ensure adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.

• Manage multiple sites simultaneously with a zero-defect, detail-oriented approach.

• Oversee finishing works with a strong eye for quality and execution.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.

• Handle client meetings, updates, and overall satisfaction.

• Negotiate effectively with vendors and subcontractors.

• Proven record in acquiring new business and expanding project portfolios.

• Work closely with Operations, Business development, Design and Procurement teams to meet client expectations.
