Job Description
Possess at least Degree in HVAC or any relevant field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in M&E works
Fresh graduates who are majoring in HVAC course are encouraged to apply for Project Engineer
Required Skill : Microsoft Office
Required Language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is advantage.
Independent, problem solving skill, good communication with people.
What do we need you to do?
- Responsible for project tendering works and cost estimation.
- Identifying new business opportunities and closing deals
- Reviews all work orders before and after completion
- Managing and lead retrofit department on day to day services
- Value engineering & alternative system proposal for cost saving, comprising of initial and operational cost, to ensure the system running in optimum capacity as per specification
- Ensure assigned projects are completed within budgets and schedules
