Job Description
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- • Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in a similar role or position in construction. • BS/BA Degree in construction, engineering, or architecture.
- Four years of additional qualifying experience in excess to the minimum years stated above may be substituted for the required education. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint) and SharePoint. • Experience using BlueBeam and Adobe software for document reviews/mark-ups. • Ability to work in a team environment. • Ability to take initiative and make sound decisions. • Effectively manage daily work effort. • Good communication skills verbal and writing.
