Project Engineer III

The Tsui Group is seeking a candidate who is qualified and experienced in educational facility construction projects to serve as a Project Engineer III for a large educational client within Los Angeles County with the below duties:

• Provide technical and administrative support for the Program Management Office (PMO) Construction Department.
• Perform internal reviews of Change Orders (CO), Field Orders (FO) and other contractual documents of Districtwide Design/Construction projects.
• Coordinate with PMO staff and College Project Teams (CPT) on the review and processing of Change Orders for all active construction projects.
• Performs detailed review of Change Order documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Participate in coordination meetings to facilitate timely reviews.
• Maintain Change Order Logs and other tracking documents for PMO use and reference.
