Job Description

  • Supervise, schedule and budget available manpower
  • Assist in project manager in overall execution of project
  • Assist in project coordination
  • Assist in preparation of weekly owner project status reports
  • Assist in preparation of construction schedule
  • Prepares manpower schedule
  • Prepares Bill of quantities & estimates
  • Attend project meetings and record meeting minutes
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office, SketchUp & AutoCAD

Qualifications

  • Graduate of BS Engineering (PRC Licence is an advantage)
  • Male
  • Exposed in all construction facets
  • Can understand proper testing for various materials used in project site
  • Can understand the project and work order plan
