Key Responsibilities & Performance Indicators:


1. Project Completion Timeline – Ensure assigned project activities are completed on time,

within the agreed scope and schedule.

2. Budget Adherence – Assist in monitoring and controlling costs for assigned work

packages to minimize variance between budgeted and actual costs.

3. Resource Utilization Efficiency – Coordinate optimal use of manpower, machinery and

materials to maximize productivity.

4. Quality Compliance Rate – Ensure all on-site work meets or exceeds defined quality

standards and project specifications.

5. Health and Safety Incidents – Promote and enforce safety protocols to minimize

accidents and ensure a safe work environment.

6. Client Satisfaction Score – Support communication and technical delivery to maintain a

high level of client satisfaction.

7. Vendor Development – Assist in evaluating and coordinating with vendors to ensure

timely and quality delivery of materials/services.

8. Project Documentation Accuracy – Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation,

including permits, drawings, compliance records, and work reports.

9. Work Completion Certificate – Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to secure timely

work completion certificates from clients.

10. Project Execution Completion Target – Support project milestones in alignment with

overall revenue realization goals.


Qualifications & Skills:


• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.

• Proven experience in the execution of large-scale solar ground-mounted projects in the

50–100 MW range, from construction to commissioning.

• Strong understanding of solar PV systems, EPC processes and industry standards.

• Good problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills.

• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Additional Domain-Specific Experience:


Civil:


• Hands-on experience in civil works such as foundations, cable trenching, drainage

systems, approach roads, and related site infrastructure.

• Knowledge of material testing, surveying, and quality assurance for civil works.


Mechanical:


• Proficiency in structure assembly, module mounting systems, and mechanical

installation works.

• Experience in alignment, torque tightening, and handling of mounting structures and

trackers (if applicable).


Electrical:


• Strong experience in DC and AC electrical works, including stringing, inverter

installation, transformer connections, and high-voltage evacuation systems.

• Familiarity with protection systems, cable laying, terminations, and grid

synchronization procedures
