Is responsible for Project survey for determining relevant details, planning of project execution activities within the given quality and time line norms, till successful handover to client team. Survey and implementation of actions in terms of services and quality audits required on specific assignments.

Responsibility:

- Project survey for evaluation and recording of all relevant data as per given formats and submittal of same to Design team. (In terms of Size, safety concerns, material movement, storage area, Installation feasibility, maximum panel size movement possibility)

- Evaluate Project requirements and Planning of all project activities in detail specifying critical path, time lines, Budgets, manpower requirements, Specific safety equipment,

- Handover process (partial or complete), material storage and movement plans, etc, followed by execution actions till handover to client.

- Documentation of daily (or any other report as specified) activities at site as per given format and storage of same on cloud

- Commercial documentation of all expenses for project along with backup support for Accounts team on client commercial documentation Tasks:

- Site Survey Feasibility support to sales team during estimation

- Site Survey / Study after sales handover.

- Project understanding & confirmation of all activities with timelines & budgets.

- Planning - Manpower / Tools and Equipment’s / Safety & Insurance.

- Client meeting on flow of activities, time lines, critical path, expectations from site team & site condition (meeting minutes to be documented)

- Site measurements release to design.

- Material storage - lock and key, quality check, material movement / shifting /unloading.

- Reports - Daily / Partial / Testing & Handover

- Project execution as per time lines & quality norms

- Partial handover process on work done

- Final handover

- Site clearance

- Site account closer

- Completion certificate 15. Data Record handover

Qualifications & Skills

Educational Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

- Diploma holders with strong site execution/project experience may also be considered.

Experience:

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in project execution, site survey, or installation within the building materials, fenestration, or construction industry.

- Experience working with aluminium windows, façade systems, or architectural products is a strong advantage.

Technical Skills:

- Strong understanding of construction drawings, site planning, and installation procedures.

- Proficient in site survey methods, material handling, and project scheduling.

- Familiar with tools like AutoCAD, MS Project or Primavera, and basic MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Knowledge of safety protocols, quality norms, and site compliance requirements.

Soft Skills:

- Excellent communication and coordination skills for client and internal team interactions.

- Strong planning and organizational abilities.

- Capable of working under pressure and managing multiple timelines.

- Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player.

Other Requirements:

- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

- Ability to document and report clearly and systematically.

- Familiarity with cloud-based documentation/storage tools.
