ABOUT THE PROJECT

We’re proud to partner with Levande to deliver the next stage of the Cardinal Freeman Retirement Village in Ashfield, Sydney’s Inner West. Valued at approximately $40 million, this project involves the construction of a five-storey independent living development comprising 41 high-quality apartments within an active, established retirement village.

The project forms part of Levande’s long-term vision to transform Cardinal Freeman into a modern, integrated retirement living community, while respecting the site’s historic character and minimising disruption to residents and ongoing village operations. With the structure phase well progressed, we’re looking for a Project Engineer to take ownership of QA processes and help drive the project through finishes and completion..
