Keep quality records of all works on site, in charge of all incoming/outgoing technical-related documents, monthly progress reports, correspondences and billing reports.

Liaise with all contractors and consultants in technical matters.

Plan and monitor the material quantity and equipment needed for the project.

Lead, monitor, and supervise clerk-of-work and site supervisor on site.

Drawing checking and superseding drawing with the latest revision.

Chair site meetings and resolve technical issues with contractors.

Managing project-related documents, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope and within budget.

Examine work that complies with legal requirements and health & safety legislation and update any shortfalls observed.

Recognised degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or equivalent.
