Job Description

The role is responsible for managing and delivering assigned projects in line with company objectives, timelines, quality standards, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities



Manage assigned projects to achieve operational goals and ensure customer satisfaction.


Plan project execution, including cost review, execution strategy, and risk identification before project start.


Monitor project progress against the construction programme and ensure timely completion.


Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, and internal teams.


Prepare and submit material proposals, drawings, RFIs, IRs, and follow up for approvals.


Plan and monitor material procurement to ensure timely availability at site.
