• Lead and coordinate operatives and subcontractors to deliver projects safely and efficiently
• Plan, schedule, and prioritise work to meet client and service requirements
• Ensure full compliance with site and company safety procedures
• Produce permits, reports, and project documentation
• Conduct site surveys, support pricing, and identify improvement opportunities
