Overview

The Senior Project Engineer – Mechanical reports directly to the Construction Manager.

Responsibilities

  • The Senior Project Engineer – Mechanical handles the implementation of Mechanical Works of the project in accordance to the approved Construction Schedule, Plans, Specification and cost approved by the Owner.
  • The Senior Project Engineer – Mechanical shall monitor the Contractors compliance to the Quality Assurance Program of the project.
  • The Senior Project Engineer – Mechanical shall review and evaluated Progress Billings submitted by the Contractors for the Mechanical Works prior to the approval and endorsement of the Construction Manager to the Owner.
