Job Description

She/He cooperates with the Project Engineering Manager (PEM) in the Project Engineering Activities coordination, guaranteeing that the deadlines, as well as the budget on the assigned activities are respected. In accordance with her/his experience she/he can also co-ordinate a small group of less experienced Project Engineers. In case of less complex and smaller projects she/he can also take on the role normally assigned to PEM.

Key Activities & Responsibilities

  • To supervise specific multi-disciplinaryactivities and critical engineering cycles attaining to the contract’s budget,as well as to the project’s execution timing.

  • To report to PEM concerning thestatus, planning and crucial issues of the activities she/he has been assignedto.

  • To support the PEM in the definitionand preparation of the co-ordination and engineering project executionprocedures.

  • To ensure the multidisciplinaryproject documents quality, in accordance with the contract requirements andrespecting the assigned budget and executing project deadlines.

  • To support the PEM in the definitionof the project basic technical choices, identifying the best solutions, from atechnical, economical and temporal point of view, guaranteeing their completenessand accuracy, on the basis of the technical specifications and guidelines ofthe assigned project.

  • Requirements:

  •  Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role and in a similar business.
  • Technical skills in Oil&Gas, fertilizers or petrochemical industries
  • Engineering technical degree is required.
  • Fluent English.
  • Availability to travel abroad and for assignment at site
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
