Plan, schedule, and coordinate concrete construction activities, ensuring resources are efficiently allocated.

Provide field engineering support, including layout, formwork, rebar, and concrete placement, while resolving technical issues.

Monitor quality, safety, and productivity on site, conducting inspections and enforcing protocols.

Maintain accurate project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, daily logs, and change orders.

Collaborate with project management, subcontractors, and clients to optimize operations and support decision-making.

Assist with cost tracking, pay applications, and project forecasting.

Perfil del candidato

Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Experience in concrete construction and field engineering.

Knowledge of construction drawings, quality standards, and safety protocols.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to manage project documentation and resolve field issues efficiently.
