What is the challenge?

ACTIVITY:

  • Preparation of resource plan for project development
  • Preparation of technical budget (contribution to the definition of non-recurring design and development costs)
  • Preparazione and control of technical documents (test procedures, procurement specifications, etc.) to support the development of hydraulic/mechanical products;
  • Project co-ordination (stay in contact with Customer and Suppliers)
  • Supporting the certification of aerospace components
  • Supervision and verification of system performance, Safety and Reliability analyses
  • Non-conformity management

    • REQUIREMENTS:

  • Management of development programmes, from the proposal phase through development, qualification and production support
  • Design, development and qualification of aeronautical equipment
  • Principles of Static and Fatigue Structural Calculation
  • Principles of Kinematics/Dynamics and Hydraulics
  • Good knowledge of mechanical drawing
  • Definition of layout and architecture of linear and rotary electromechanical actuators
  • Knowledge of conventional and brushless DC and AC electric motors
  • Basic knowledge of electronic control systems (ECU)
  • Knowledge of structural and dynamic analysis methodologies, using both traditional methods and numerical tools
  • Knowledge of reliability and safety analysis of electromechanical systems
