• Responsible for coordinating technical activities on assigned projects, ensuring compliance with codes and standards, and maintaining effective communication among all stakeholders.
• Responsible for design work across multiple projects and overseeing construction administration for permitted and active sites.
• Communicate with clients and municipalities to expedite permits and ensure smooth project progress.
• Manage and coordinate project teams (E.I.T.s, CAD Designers, sub-consultants, contractors).
• Plan, schedule, and oversee financial and technical aspects of projects.
• Support construction phase services (site visits, bid documents, submittal reviews, pay applications).
