Job Description
We are looking for a **Project Engineer - Plastic Injection & Blow Molding** to lead industrial projects related to new tooling, process optimization, manufacturing layout development, and production improvements for plastic components.
This role requires strong technical knowledge in **plastic injection, blow molding processes**, and hands-on experience in manufacturing environments.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead and execute industrial projects focused on **injection and blow molding processes**.
- Develop and update **manufacturing layouts**, workflow diagrams, and workstation designs.
- Support **new mold/tooling introduction**, equipment installation, and validation.
- Optimize molding processes (cycle time, scrap reduction, parameter adjustments).
- Perform basic **molding troubleshooting** (short shots, warpage, flash, cooling issues).
- Perform **time studies**, line balancing, and process documentation.
