+ Requires an advance technical degree plus a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience or Master’s degree.
+ Requires comprehensive expertise in electrical engineering and system controls
+ Requires a strong background in mechanical engineering and system dynamics
+ Requires the ability to read, analyze, and interpret business information, journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
