Job Description
The Project Engineer is responsible for the technical execution, scheduling, and safety compliance of specific construction or engineering projects. They ensure that all technical drawings are followed, equipment is maintained, and personnel are properly certified and performing to standard.

- Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop project timelines, milestones, and resource requirements. Ensure that materials and equipment are on-site when needed.
- Technical Oversight: Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. Ensure that field work (like welding or crane operations) aligns with engineering standards.
- Compliance & Certification: Monitor the validity of team certifications (PRC, TESDA, etc.) to ensure 100% legal compliance on the job site.
