Project Engineer

Description

Our heavy civil contracting client is seeking a skilled Civil Project Engineer with strong experience to support heavy civil construction projects. This role is fully on-site in Saline, MI, and requires a candidate with hands-on project engineering experience, excellent communication abilities, and a strong technical background in underground utilities. Strong emphasis on candidates who demonstrate long-term career stability and a consistent track record of commitment to prior employers. Key Responsibilities:
Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of heavy civil construction projects.
Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and applicable standards.
Lead project meetings and communicate effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.
Track and manage project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
