Job Description
- Able to liaise with the Architect, Client, Consultants, local authorities, suppliers and Subcontractors.
- To study all drawings.
- To attend all meetings.
- Planning for materials procurements.
- Planning on machineries.
- Control on the material wastages.
- Solve all site and technical problems.
- Able to lead and coordinate with the site staff and workers.
- Ensure safety on site.
- Ensure quality of works.
- Liaise and coordinate with HQ staff.
- Prepare all documents/correspondences required by the project.
- Good reporting system to the Management.
- Initiative and committed to the works.
- To give good proposal for management consideration.
- To ensure Progress Claim submit to Consultant/Client on time and follow up until Certificate & Payment received from Consultant/Client.
- Any others tasks as and when assigned by the Management.
