An established infrastructure delivery partner is seeking a Project Engineer to support early-stage development of water and wastewater network schemes under a long-term regional utilities framework.
This role focuses on front-end project development — shaping scopes, identifying practical solutions, and ensuring schemes are structured for efficient and compliant delivery.
Projects typically include pipeline renewals, network upgrades, asset interventions, and works within live operational environments.
This is a technically hands-on position suited to experienced civil engineers, site engineers, or site agents who are comfortable bridging the gap between site realities and project planning.
