Project Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Liaise with clients on-site for project/job requirements and walkdowns
• Propose mechanical/piping/engineering solutions based on site needs
• Prepare cost estimates, material take-offs, and project quotations
• Source materials, equipment, and subcontractor quotations
• Plan and coordinate manpower and job execution (site, fabrication shop, etc.)
• Review and interpret drawings (isometric, piping plans, structural)
• Edit and update CAD drawings, as-built records, and field design changes
• Ensure work complies with codes, specifications, and client requirements
• Manage RFIs and project documentation
• Assist in safety documentation (e.g., MSRA, lifting plans, fall prevention plans)
• Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure project success

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 2–5 years' experience in process plant / construction / maintenance projects
