Job Description

  • Manage the day-to-day planning, coordination, and monitoring of engineering activities for assigned projects.
  • Oversee key project functions including site management, project control, engineering coordination, and construction management.
  • Prepare, submit, and track project documentation such as Permits to Work, Method Statements, Risk Assessments, and related approvals.
  • Coordinate and follow up on permit applications with building management and relevant authorities.
  • Supervise and monitor material deliveries, installation works, task execution, and compliance with approved procedures.
  • Ensure all works carried out by trade contractors comply with Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) and QA/QC requirements.
  • Provide accurate and timely progress updates and reports to the Manager and/or Assistant Manager.
