Project Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Assist/support Topsides Engineering Project Manager in managing engineering work including engineering deliverables, man-hour and schedule control, mainly in multi-disciplinary topsides design related activities and to ensure work performed on the project is in accordance with company quality, systems and safety requirements;

· Understand the contract and scope of work for topsides with sub-contractor;

· Prepares key project documentation as per project specification requirements;

· Manages project topsides related drawings and controls technical documentation across disciplines;

· Prepares schedule, pre-planning and resource forecasting for engineering and other technical activities relating to the project topsides design, ensuring all activities are kept within the project budget;

· Assist topsides EPM in organizing regular inter-discipline review meetings and interface checks.
