Project Engineer / Site Supervisor (C&S, M&E, Archi)

Project Responsibilities

Execute projects in accordance with the approved master programme using Microsoft Project Online, ensuring schedules, costs, and quality standards are met.

Plan, monitor, and maintain daily site progress, including supervising subcontractors, conducting quality inspections, and maintaining proper site records.

Review structural and shop drawings, prepare and submit RFIs to consultants, and ensure timely submission of shop drawings, material samples, and As‑Built drawings.

Vet and implement approved method statements and work instructions, ensuring adherence to project schedules, cost controls, and quality plans.

Coordinate and lead subcontractor meetings, and attend technical coordination meetings with clients and consultants to resolve interface issues.
