Responsibilities
Act as a bridge between Merchandising teammates, Quality Assurance Department and suppliers to provide technical support and facilitate communication Participate in buying trips and conduct factory visits to provide technical support and advices including identify technical discrepancies, resolve technical issue, claim negotiation, etc. Monitor the product development to ensure product designs up to customer needs, technical requirements and international standards Support on sourcing new suppliers and products to drive for import share improvement and country participation Work closely with international buyers to manage the after service and spare parts orders Prepare regular technical reports for management review Manage technical procedure & guidelines Provide trainings to Merchandising teammates and supplier...
