Responsibilities




  • Act as a bridge between Merchandising teammates, Quality Assurance Department and suppliers to provide technical support and facilitate communication

  • Participate in buying trips and conduct factory visits to provide technical support and advices including identify technical discrepancies, resolve technical issue, claim negotiation, etc.

  • Monitor the product development to ensure product designs up to customer needs, technical requirements and international standards

  • Support on sourcing new suppliers and products to drive for import share improvement and country participation

  • Work closely with international buyers to manage the after service and spare parts orders

  • Prepare regular technical reports for management review

  • Manage technical procedure & guidelines
