Academic requirements:
Engineering Mechatronics, electrical, mechanical, electromechanical, electronics, or related career.
Qualifications & Knowledge:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the manufacturing area focused on the product or design area.
- Knowledge of blueprint creation and reading, mechanical, electrical, BOM management.
- High level of English.
- PCM or Product Life Cycle work.
- High knowledge of engineering changes or new product launches (desirable).

- Dynamic.
- Taste for technical and administrative work.
- Structured and organized.
- Effective communication.
- Teamwork.
- Willingness to travel.

General Objective
Responsible for leading engineering change projects that give maintenance to the product during its life. Communicate, understand, interpret, coordinate and manage engineering changes for the success of the project.
