The Project Engineer will be responsible for the complete, end-to-end management of waterproofing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a critical, high-impact role requiring a commanding personality to drive on-site execution, rigorous financial planning, and proactive project control from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities

I. Project Planning & Financial Control

Bill of Quantities (BOQ): Prepare, review, and finalize accurate and detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on architectural drawings, site conditions, and project specifications.

Estimation & Billing: Conduct precise quantity take-offs for all waterproofing materials and scope items. Prepare and submit interim and final billing and payment certificates (IPCs) to the client, ensuring timely cash flow. ...
