Project Engineer

Are you the kind of engineer who thrives in the space between a clean CAD design and a busy factory floor? We are looking for a Project Engineer to act as the vital link between Design and Manufacturing.

In this role, you aren't just watching from the sidelines. You are the Product Champion, ensuring that complex engineering designs are successfully translated into high-quality, scalable products. From designing custom automated test equipment to troubleshooting live production issues, you will be the go-to problem solver who keeps the line moving and the quality soaring.

What You’ll Be Doing

• The NPI Architect: You’ll lead the transition from CDR (Critical Design Review) through to PRR (Production Readiness Review). You own the handover, ensuring the manufacturing team is armed with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed.
