Project Engineering Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Engineering Manager to join our team!  Multiple locations available: (Houston TX, Overland Park KS, Bloomington MN, Ann Arbor MI, Raleigh NC).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project teams through conceptual design, procurement, and construction support for substation, distribution, and transmission line projects, with a primary focus on 69kV and above.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and scopes for services and EPC work.
• Mentor and train engineers assigned to active projects, providing day-to-day technical oversight, performance feedback, and skill developmentespecially in PLS-CADD and related tools.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience, ideally looking for 10+ years.
• Structural engineer as most of the work is structural focused.
