Project Engineering Manager

THE WORK
In this important role you will:
• Manage a team of Project Engineers and CAMs
• Coordinating direct employee recruitment & selection
• Assisting in employee mentorship and training, performance discussions and recognition
• Cultivating and growing the Project Engineering organization
• Interfacing w/ Program Management, CAMs, Functional Leads, other discipline leaders, and customers over priorities, milestones and deliveries
Along with management duties, the candidate will have a technical role on the program as a Project Engineer utilizing their experience to lead a multi-disciplinary engineering team through development activities related to ground systems. The preferred candidate should have prior experienc...
