Job Description:

Leonardo is seeking a dynamic and experienced Engineering Manager to join the Integrated Mission Solutions (IMS) Sector, based at our Luton site. This is a permanent role giving the successful candidate the opportunity to take charge and lead innovation over all Engineering aspects of the expanding and diverse portfolio within the Mission Support Integrated Project Team (IPT).
 

In this pivotal role, you will lead multi-disciplinary teams in designing and developing software toolsets that enable programming and analysis of the functionality of the wider company’s products. Working closely with the Project Chief Engineer and Head of Engineering Products, you will provide strategic leadership and technical direction to drive the identification, development, delivery, and support of all products.
