Project Engineering Manager – Substation (Civil & Structural)

About the Role

We are hiring a skilled Project Engineering Manager – Civil & Structural on behalf of our client, a global leader in engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC), delivering world-class infrastructure and industrial projects.

The role is located in Saudi Arabia, involves managing and executing civil and structural engineering activities for GIS (Gas Insulated Substation) / AIS (Air Insulated Substation) projects, control room buildings, transformer and outdoor equipment foundations, guard houses, staff quarters, grading, roads, drainage, outdoor steel structures, and other miscellaneous substation works. The PEM (Project Engineering Manager) will lead a team of Design Leads, Design Engineers, and Draughtspersons, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams including Electrical and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) departments, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality engineering outputs within budget.
