Project Estimator

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Estimator to join our team in Long Beach. As a Project Estimator, you will be responsible for analyzing construction project specifications, conducting site visits, and preparing accurate cost estimates. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze project requirements and specifications
  • Conduct site visits to gather necessary information
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure accuracy of estimates
  • Track and document project expenses and cost changes
  • Provide support during the bidding process

    • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Project Estimator or similar role
  • Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
