Summary
The company is seeking a General Construction Estimator/Scheduler to join its team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in the design-build method of project delivery in the private sector.
Knowledge of the private sector commercial construction industry is preferred for this position. Responsibilities include building a comprehensive estimate with input from our MEP, site utility, roofing, and manufacturing departments, preparing accurate cost estimates and project schedules by analyzing construction plans and specifications, identifying labor, material, and equipment needs, and soliciting bids from vendors and subcontractors.
