About The Role
We're looking for a high-caliber Project Manager to take ownership of solar projects from contract to completion, ensuring every step in the process moves forward efficiently, accurately, and on schedule.
This is not a passive coordination role. You'll actively drive progress, identify roadblocks, communicate across departments, and ensure nothing stalls in the pipeline.
You'll manage 20-30 active projects at once, working closely with sales, operations, permitting, installation, and post-ops to deliver a smooth experience from start to finish.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project management or operations (solar, construction, or SaaS preferred)
- Proven ability to manage high-volume, fast-moving projects with competing deadlines
