Job Responsibilities

  1. Monitor and provide reports in the following areas as required:
    • Project Progress and status
    • Sales and marketing strategies to promote current and future projects
    • Project and sales documentation and reporting processes
    • Sales operations including after-sales customer service
    • Any other issues related to the business
  2. Prepare executive summaries from information received in periodical reports and hold formal review meetings with the respective personnel.
  3. Visit each project site and attend progress meetings as required in order to have working knowledge of current project status and issues.
  4. Attend all regular meetings.
  5. Assist with agenda preparation and attend periodical Management coordination meeting to review the following issues:
    • Current month project reviews
    • Sales operation quantitative and qualitative analysis
