Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and provide reports in the following areas as required:
- Project Progress and status
- Sales and marketing strategies to promote current and future projects
- Project and sales documentation and reporting processes
- Sales operations including after-sales customer service
- Any other issues related to the business
- Prepare executive summaries from information received in periodical reports and hold formal review meetings with the respective personnel.
- Visit each project site and attend progress meetings as required in order to have working knowledge of current project status and issues.
- Attend all regular meetings.
- Assist with agenda preparation and attend periodical Management coordination meeting to review the following issues:
- Current month project reviews
- Sales operation quantitative and qualitative analysis
