Job Description

1) Strategic Planning & Operations Support

  • Monitor and report on divisional workplans, Balanced Scorecard indicators, budget utilisation, and manpower plans
  • Prepare management reports, strategic updates, dashboards, and presentation materials for senior stakeholders
  • Provide secretariat and coordination support for committees, workgroups, and management meetings
  • Support cross-functional and cross-agency strategic initiatives and special projects

2) Grant & Programme Administration

  • Administer grant and programme budgets in compliance with funding guidelines and governance requirements
  • Coordinate claims submissions, progress reporting, and documentation tracking
  • Work closely with Finance and external partners to ensure timely claims, audits, and reconciliations

3) Programme Implementation & Community Engagement

  • Support the planning, delivery, and evaluation of health literacy programmes for residents in the West
  • Collaborate with community partners and internal teams to drive adoption of the health literacy framework
  • Strengthen community outreach through coordinated programmes and targeted engagement initiatives


Requirements

  • Degree in any discipline, preferably with experience in healthcare, public health, community development, policy, or programme management.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Good organisational abilities with an eye for detail and process improvement.
  • Able to work independently and in a collaborative, multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
