:
  • To provide project support and assistance of the project team, ranging from manpower planning, recruitment, selection & contract support.
  • Collaborates with business stakeholders, end-user requirement consolidation and inviting partners for recruitment
  • Ensure smooth project management by souring of manpower support.
  • Prepare regular payroll payment, leave record maintenance, OT calculations, monthly reports, etc.
  • Perform general administrative works.
  • Responsible for day-to-day project management and serve as key person between client, multi-function teams and internal work counterparts
  • Vendor Management

  • Job Requirement:
  • Diploma holder or above in business administration or related discipline with at least 1 year relevant work experience
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
  • Good interpersonal skill and excellent verbal and written communication, in both English and Chinese & mandarin
