Job Description
Overview
- Support project coordination activities, including tracking tasks and updating project progress.
- Prepare project progress reports and follow up with internal teams and clients.
- Conduct 1st-level support for case escalation, follow-ups, and closure.
- Prepare case history reports, KPI reports, and other related documentation.
- Respond to customer inquiries/complaints, through email and phone.
- Coordinate resource/staff allocation for projects.
- Handle issuance of project quotations, CR documents, and invoice billing.
- Support project delivery activities based on Microsoft Sure Step methodology.
- Any other tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in IT, Business, or related field.
- 1–2 years’ experience in project coordination/IT support (fresh graduates encouraged).
