Job Description

Overview

  • Support project coordination activities, including tracking tasks and updating project progress.
  • Prepare project progress reports and follow up with internal teams and clients.
  • Conduct 1st-level support for case escalation, follow-ups, and closure.
  • Prepare case history reports, KPI reports, and other related documentation.
  • Respond to customer inquiries/complaints, through email and phone.
  • Coordinate resource/staff allocation for projects.
  • Handle issuance of project quotations, CR documents, and invoice billing.
  • Support project delivery activities based on Microsoft Sure Step methodology.
  • Any other tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in IT, Business, or related field.
  • 1–2 years’ experience in project coordination/IT support (fresh graduates encouraged).
