Project Executive

Responsibilities

Involve in project development planning and monitoring to ensure timely completion of works in accordance with required quality standards

To liaise closely with consultants for design coordination and resolution of technical issues related to the project

To monitor and ensure effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle

To verify and recommend consultants' and contractors' claims

To liaise closely with the local authorities to obtain the necessary approvals and clearance letters

To support in any ad-hoc assignment as and when required

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering (Civil), Building or equivalent.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
