Project Executive

Responsibilities

• Involve in project development planning and monitoring to ensure timely completion of works in accordance with required quality standards
• Liaise closely with consultants for design coordination and resolution of technical issues related to the project
• Monitor and ensure effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle
• Verify and recommend consultants' and contractors' claims
• Liaise closely with local authorities to obtain the necessary approvals and clearance letters
• Support in any ad-hoc assignment as and when required

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering (Civil), Building or equivalent
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field
• Good knowledge of project management, contract and cost control
