Purpose of the Role

As a Transformation Program Specialist reporting to the Transformation Program Manager in Chubb Singapore, you will play a pivotal role in driving key transformation initiatives that support business growth and enhance operational efficiency for Chubb Singapore Branch. You will collaborate with stakeholders across all functions, managing a variety of projects—from large‑scale transformation to addressing high priority day‑to‑day challenges faced by teams across the organization.
